1. Reservations
Paco Gil offers its customers a new way to order their favorite shoes online when they are not available online.
The customer has the opportunity to order the shoes she wants to buy in Paco Gil’s online store and receive them within approximately 20-25 days, although we always try to make it sooner.
Once you place the order we will contact you via WhatsApp or mail, we will confirm the order and inform you of the delivery time of your new shoes.
At this point you can cancel your order if for any reason you wish, but once you confirm it or do not respond to the communication within 48h, cancellations are not accepted.
When you receive your new shoes by order/reservation, you have a period of 15 days to request an exchange or refund.
Please note that Gilca Producciones Exclusivas, S.L. allows the change of size or color of these products if they are available online or if we previously agreed the exchange for other custom shoes.
Otherwise, the exchange will not be accepted. In this type of purchase is not allowed the return, unless previously agreed with the customer in writing other conditions, the shoes have a manufacturing defect or its appearance is considerably different from the original.
The shipping costs of custom-made shoes are included in the price and are free of charge for the customer, as long as the shipment is made within the national territory or European countries. We recommend visiting the SHIPPING AND DELIVERY page for more information.

2. Orders – Personalized shoes
We offer our customers a new service of design and creation of personalized shoes. Before confirming your order you must take into account that the customized shoes that Gilca Producciones S.L. manufactures are created exclusively for you, following your instructions and fulfilling the needs that we have previously agreed.
For this reason we cannot accept changes or returns once the shoes have been delivered. Our design team will advise you during the creative process, you will have the opportunity to try on models similar to the one we will create exclusively for you.
You will be able to see for yourself the materials we will use for your shoes and we will do our best to make sure that your shoes meet all your expectations. But once your customized shoes are delivered, they cannot be returned or exchanged for others, unless they have an objective production defect or a quality fault.
