SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

1.- Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination. For this reason, to know exactly the costs, please check the details of your order. However, keep in mind that Gilca Producciones Exclusivas, S.L. 

In case of return of the merchandise, and as indicated in Art. 44 of the Law of Retail Trade, shipping costs will be borne by the customer. However, Gilca Producciones Exclusivas, S.L. reserves the right to take charge of the first return in some markets.

 

2.- Delivery time

The delivery period is indicated in calendar days, from the confirmation of receipt of the corresponding bank transfer.

This period may vary depending on the products and delivery provinces.

The average shipping times are:

Spain:

• Peninsula: 24-72 hours.

• Balearic Islands: 24-72 hours.

• Canary Islands: 48-72 hours

Ceuta and melilla. There is no service

Europe: 3-4 business days

Rest of the World: Depending on the destination up to 7 business days

  • Delivery time will be extended on holidays and sales periods.

In cases where the volume of orders entails the reduction of available stock or the end of stocks, a new delivery period will be communicated to the customer, which will be as short as possible. In the event that the product is discontinued or it is not possible to replenish the stocks thereof, this fact will be communicated to the customer so that, according to their own decision, either select a new product of similar characteristics and price, or cancel the order, in which case will proceed to the return of the amounts delivered. If there is an unjustified breach of more than 20 days on the expected delivery date, the customer may request the revocation of the contract, the consequent cancellation of the order and the return of the quantities delivered. The delay attributable to the customer will not be considered a breach in the delivery terms of his own will or because of the impossibility of locating and contacting him through the data provided by him.

Merchandise shipments are made daily from Monday to Friday, in the morning until 4pm, and always having specified the address and time of delivery with the customer, who can state his preference for a date and time of delivery at your convenience . In this case, any responsibility for the delay in delivery will be applicable to the customer, never to Gilca Producciones Exclusivas, S.L. 

Upon delivery of the merchandise, the customer will receive the corresponding delivery note and a copy of the invoice. At the same time the corresponding original invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the customer. In case of not receiving the original invoice, the client may request it by email to the address pacogilshoes@pacogil.com, indicating the holder of the invoice, the corresponding order number and the e-mail address in which he wishes to receive it.

Gilca Producciones Exclusivas, S.L. send the orders through Mail Boxes, MRW and Correos depending on the required destination.

Gilca Producciones Exclusivas, S.L. in most cases it covers transport costs, but never mandatory taxes upon arrival of the order at destination.
